In response to the formal request on CAARS for mobilisation of the Academia for the Golden Business Forum/APSS Summit Series 3 coming up in Kigali from 23-25 March, 2023,
The Director General, CAARS hereby constitutes CAARS Africa’s Academia/Universities Mobilisation Committee for the Golden Business Forum/APSS Summit Series 3 as follows:

Terms of Reference
1. To mobilise
members of the academia and universities across the subregions of Africa for effective participation in the Summit.
share the Summit registration links to prospective participants.
Carry out enlightenment campaigns about the Private Sector of Rights as a Complimentary Companion Instrument to and in support of the implementation of RECs and AfCFTA
Share and enlighten members of the academia on the take homes from the Summit.
Join in general awareness creating beyond the academia .
Any other assignment that may be necessary as we proceed
