CAARS – Centre for African American Research Studies- is a multi-national non-governmental research organisation; it’s building network of passionate African  development minded academics, professionals and policy-makers. A 21st Century movement for a new Africa, CAARS has in partnerships with leading African universities  and institutions convoked over 16 All-African Conferences and Workshops; and hosts a number of journals and books of reading.
